“My exits vary at this corner” is a useful starting point. We can turn it into a specific plan together.
2. Tell us what you use.
List your wheelbase, pedals, cockpit, and display arrangement. Mention the simulation and any replay or telemetry tools you have. We confirm compatibility and service fit before purchase.
3. Agree the format before paying.
For live coaching, send your time zone and a few possible time windows. For a replay review, describe the files or recording you can provide. Benjamin will confirm scope, delivery or meeting details, and cancellation/refund terms by email.
Requests are welcome 24/7; live availability is confirmed individually. Replay reviews are delivered within 24 hours of payment and receipt of the agreed materials.
4. Prepare your materials.
- Live coaching: check your microphone, connection, and the agreed screen-sharing method. Have the chosen car and circuit ready.
- Replay review: pick representative driving and note relevant lap numbers or timestamps. Agree file format and sharing method before sending anything.
- Rig review: document current settings and save existing profiles before making changes.
Use files you are entitled to share. Review screen-sharing windows and recordings for private information. We never need your account password or payment-card details.
